We’ve reached the Sweet 16 of Hottie Madness, and the competition is getting tough! It’s an All-American Hottie battle! Brad had a pretty easy win over Colin Farell, 64%, but Josh had a very narrow win over Gerard Butler. Two votes. 50.25%. So will that be enough to win against last years Sexiest Man Alive? I loved Brad in Silver Linings Playbook, so much that it spawned a major obsession. But Josh adopts doxies…

Next up in Round 2 of Hottie Madness is The Players bracket. It was also a close race between Jeremy Sisto and Dan Stevens, until the end when Dan pulled way ahead. And one major upset this round was James Franco’s narrow victory over Taylor Lautner. I guess I’m not the only one that’s Team Edward! Actually, Robert Pattinson currently has a huge lead over Channing Tatum. So if you’re a fan of the Sexiest Man Alive, make sure you vote for him in Round 2 of The Charmers bracket. You can also still vote in The Seducers bracket. Help all your fave hotties move on to the Sweet 16!

Chris beat James Van Der Beek with 83% of the vote. Good for Dawson for that 17% though! And Dan was behind until the very end, when he ended up winning over Jeremy Sisto with 71%. And now, we have what’s officially known as The Battle of the Blonde Hair and Blue Eyes. Aussie vs Brit. Thor/Huntsman vs my beloved Matthew Crawley. Crap.

We’re continuing Round 1 of Hottie Madness with The Players bracket! If you didn’t get to vote for The Seducers bracket, don’t worry, there is still time! Clearly everyone around here loves Chris, as he was the most shared hottie of ALL the men in the tourney. Sorry, James, I think you’re hilarious in a self-deprecating kind of way, but not sure Dawson can compete with Thor. Or the Aussie accent.
One movie, so many hotties: Magic Mike.

Ashley: Even though I’m excited to be going on vacay, I’m kind of bummed to miss the premiere of Magic Mike. That may seem silly, but it’s like THE ultimate eye candy movie. Men. Naked. Hotness. Muscles. Stripping. Romance. Comedy. Basically, the perfect movie.
Sara: I have been very excited about this movie for a while now. The men in this movie range from my fave Step Upper to one of the hottest-self-proclaimed-off-set-nudists-playing-a-werewolf! I will be seeing this shortly after it comes out, and I will bring my own drool towel to the theater. No shame in this single girls life, skin is skin!
Ashley: Wait, is Joe a self-proclaimed nudist? How did I not know this?? It’s weird. When I see pics of Channing Tatum in real life, I don’t think he’s that hot, yet I love him in movies. What is that about? I know Step Up is like one of your fave movies, so you must be excited to see Channing bust a move again! And how about the Matt’s: McConaughey and Bomer? Double drool.
Sara:Well Joe said he likes to be nude, and naturally I bumped him up to nudist. I am sure that was what he meant. Something about Channing’s charm comes through in every role he plays and that’s why I like him so much. Matthew always makes me laugh and always looks good. And Matt is adorable, but since I know he plays for the other team, I just appreciate from afar!
Ashley: Haha, yeah, luckily there is a lot to appreciate. Well I’m sorry I’ll miss the premiere. Luckily I have all these seriously HOT photos to hold me over. Thanks, EW!

Muscles galore: the Magic Mike EW cover.

I know it’s a Thursday, and not a normal hottie day, but the latest Entertainment Weekly cover has too many hot muscles not to share! (And we’ll be back in a bit with another post!) It features the cast of Magic Mike, aka Channing Tatum’s male stripper movie. Joining Channing on the cover is Matthew McConaughey, Joe Manganiello and Matt Bomer. I’m usually not that attracted to Channing, although I do like him in movies (loved 21 Jump Street), and he’s looking pretty damn sexy on this cover. Well, they all are. And I have to say I’m kind of excited about this movie! It looks funny and cute with a bit of a twist on the classic romcom. Plus it has a serious amount of semi-naked hotness going on.

Ashley: So, I know we’re used to showing a lot of vampire love around here, but I have a werewolf to add to our list of supernatual hotties: Joe Manganiello. His hotness is nothing new, but he was recently featured on the cover of the same DA MAN issue as Johnny Whitworth (they are on a roll this month), so I figured it was finally time to show him some love. And really, there is so much to love, where do I start?

I didn’t even know TVGuide still produced a magazine! This cover featuring the men of True Blood is definitely more PG than the infamous Rolling Stone cover, and while I don’t really miss the blood, I wouldn’t mind a bit more nude! Either way, Stephen Moyer, Alexander Skarsgård and Joe Manganiello totally bring the sexy, and their interview is also quite charming. Check it out here.
