Clearly I missed a show on my Girly Fall TV list! Arrow premiered last week on The CW, to amazing ratings, and I can see why: Stephen Amell. And his abs. And pecs. And his blue eyes. And his 5 o’clock shadow. And his dimples. I don’t even know or care what this show is about, but it needs to be added to my DVR.

But in case you do care what it’s about, it’s an adaptation of the DC Comics character, Green Arrow. Stephen Amell plays Oliver Queen, an eccentric billionaire who was presumed dead for five years after a violent shipwreck. After he was discovered alive on a deserted island, he returns home to Starling City, desperate to make amends with the people he hurt as a teenager. By day he plays the part of the wealthy, careless playboy he once was. By night, he’s a superhero, using his new lethal skills to right the wrongs of his family and fight the war on crime.

Forget all of that. This is all you need to know: HOLY. FREAKING. HOT. BATMAN. GREEN ARROW. I want to thank The CW for giving us lots of photos of Stephen exercising and doing physical labor…shirtless. But he’s hot, even when he’s fully clothed, looking like a sexy, leather-clad Robin Hood in his tight, black hoodie.

So is anyone watching this show? It is on Wednesday’s, as in TONIGHT, at 8/7c on The CW, which just proves that hump day hotties actually exist!
