I’ve been wanting to do a post featuring Claudia Pearson’s work for a while now, ever since I started following her Etsy shop! And I knew I had to do this post when I saw her latest collaboration with West Elm. Being a doxie owner (see below), I am in LOVE with the adorable dachshund plates. Perfect for serving actual hot dogs! She also created tea towels for the collection and you can read about the collaboration on Front & Main.
I just love the whimsical (and girly) nature of her illustrations. And you can buy her adorable artwork as prints, or as tea towels (which I own, thank you Brooklyn Flea), greeting cards, mugs, books, or for the young at heart, as a coloring book! (Who doesn’t still love to color??) In addition, Claudia’s work has been published New York Times, The New Yorker, Elle, and Travel & Leisure.
And speaking of doxie’s, since I’m a proud “mom,” I wanted to show off my adorable pain in the asses, Charlie and Bella. (And yes, I got them long before Twilight was even a thing.)
